Based in Brussels, she supports the grant-awarding activities for the 2050 Pathways programme, and ensures compliance with procedures throughout the project cycle.
Originally from Bulgaria, Viktoria moved to Belgium in 2021 after spending seven years in the UK. Prior to joining 2050 Pathways, she did an internship in the European Parliament and worked for an international women’s development organisation in London as Project Development Lead. Experienced in navigating multi-stakeholder processes, she worked with funders, grantees and executive members to ensure efficient shortlisting, monitoring, impact assessment, and reporting processes.
Viktoria holds an MSc in Global Corporations and Policy from SOAS, University of London and BA in Politics with French from the University of Warwick, Coventry. She speaks Bulgarian, English, and French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
